EASY Installation:
Slip one of the U-brackets through one cable eye. Mark, drill and bolt to the container lid, near the front edge of the lid. Attach padlock to the opposite cable eye, and slip the other U-bracket inside the padlock shackle. Adjust the tightness of the cable to your satisfaction and mark, drill and bolt the 3/16" metal part to the front of the container.
